An increasing number of people are struggling these days to find effective and lasting relief for their pain, illness, and mental/emotional challenges when looking to the modern medical system for help, with many having lost trust in its effectiveness and integrity. As an Integrative Holistic Health Practitioner, I help guide those looking to become empowered in the creation of their own health of body, mind, and spirit by identifying and helping one overcome the hurdles keeping them from living their optimal state of well-being.
True health is created through the harmony of body, mind, and spirit, along with the lifestyle factors that support their healthy integration. These separate yet interrelated parts influence the whole of our being. They are in a dynamic relationship that manifests as our experience of well-being. When these parts are in balance, we live our lives with abundant health and vitality. When out of balance, symptoms of pain and illness arise, serving as the messengers of our deeper wisdom to bring awareness to the disharmonies existing in our lives. This awareness allows us to give attention to and take action in overcoming these challenges.
By using an integrative and holistic approach, we address the WHOLE person.

We are composed of systems within systems, a web of interconnectivity. When there is an imbalance in one area of our lives, it will translate to others. Therefore, any symptoms must be approached from a holistic perspective, considering all the lifestyle factors that result in one's current state of well-being.
The majority of mainstream approaches to treating persistent health issues tend to focus solely on the symptoms presented, often falling short of true healing, and many times influencing other patterns of symptom to arise in the process.
The body and mind have the knowing and ability to find balance and heal, so long as the proper conditions and guidance are given.
By working together, we develop an in-depth and bigger picture understanding of what any symptoms are actually trying to communicate. We then identify the factors influencing them and effectively address the condition at its source using an integrative, holistic, and practical approach tailored to each individual's specific needs and aims. This allows one to live life FREE OF PAIN, with LESS STRESS, and MORE ENERGY, while expressing one's optimal version of self.

Holistic health encompasses all aspects of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. These inseparable parts all work together in a harmonious relationship to sustain our health, vitality and ability to participate in the energy of life.
When we find ourselves out of balance in any way, stress levels rise, energy levels drop and we become increasingly susceptible to illness and degraded quality of health.
Through a holistic and integrative approach we explore one's current state of well-being in all its expressions, where imbalance is arising, the symptoms, and what the deeper Self is trying to call awareness to.
When gaining clarity in these areas, different methods and lifestyle practices are implemented based on one's personal needs in order to transform these stresses into an increased state of health, vitality, and connection.

Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation

When we have imbalances in our physical structure this can lead to the development
of pain and injury in a variety of ways, whether that be musculoskeletal, visceral, or
mental/emotional distress.
Continued load on an imbalanced system causes compensation patterns and
increased compression, torsion, and sheer on the spine, joints and tissues of the body.
Postural imbalances and distortions disrupt the flow of energy and information
throughout the body, accelerating pain, injury, and creating a number of interrelated
issues, such as joint pain, back and neck pain, nerve and circulation issues, digestive
trouble, breathing difficulties, fatigue, depression, etc.
To understand why pain or injury may be occurring we assess the physical structure
using different views on a plumb line as well as by measuring curvatures of the spine,
pelvic tilt, core function, muscle length/tension relationships, neuromotor abilities, etc...
After analyzing the results a carefully designed stretching and strengthening program is created based on ones unique needs to rebalance the musculoskeletal system toward optimal alignment, allowing one to move and function with ease, free of pain.

Crossroads & Life Path Mentoring
Without an inspiring vision for our lives it can be difficult to find the motivation to create the change necessary to heal and develop our authentic expression of wholeness.
Change can be challenging. Here we discover what is blocking one's way, whether that be mindset, emotional struggles, trauma, or lack of clarity and connection with who we are and are inspired to become.
Much of the time our pain or illness is an expression of what is happening at the deeper level of Soul or Psyche. In this case we must look beyond the physical manifestation to gain perspective and reconcile what is holding us back. Ultimately these challenges are here to teach us how to become ourselves more fully.
Through compassionate, non-judgmental, and heart centered guidance we carefully cross the threshold of psyche to connect with our deeper wisdom of Self, while renewing our center and developing a clear and meaningful path forward.
