What's included in 1:1 coaching?
I believe in assessment, not guesswork. We begin with an in-depth evaluation of your diet, lifestyle, bodily systems, glands, organs, and mental and emotional well-being. Using this information, we meet weekly for in person or online sessions, all focused on achieving your personal health goals.
How long does coaching last?
True changes in health don't happen overnight. It takes dedicated time and commitment to see results. I offer a minimum of at least 3 months to help you see your desired goals through.
What is the cost of coaching?
The cost of my services varies based on each client's unique needs. To determine the best approach, I start with a free consultation call to fully understand your current situation and goals. Depending on the outcomes of this call and subsequent assessments, the investment will generally range between $120-$175 hourly, with an approach tailored specifically to your needs.
How is your coaching different than others?
Typically most physicians will spent less than 12 minutes with their patients and focus solely on their symptoms. This makes it difficult to know what the real drivers of the patients symptoms are and to create lasting change. The key distinction in my approach is that I don't treat the illness itself; I focus on the individual who has it. Through thorough assessments and our coaching sessions, we identify the root causes of your ailments, symptoms, or conditions. Together, we work to restore your body to a healthy balance, enabling it to heal naturally.
What happens during our sessions?
Our sessions cover a broad spectrum, including diet, lifestyle adjustments, and exercise, as well as guidance on implementing these protocols. We explore the reasons behind your current health state, offering education and insight into your feelings and symptoms. Additionally, we delve into mindset and uncover mental blockages that contribute to behaviors and actions leading to your dis-ease, helping to restore your overall well-being.
